- For unready properties, Jooti Builders will provide an estimated timeline for construction and handover. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including legal, environmental, or technical issues.
- Buyers will be notified of any significant changes to the timeline.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from the purchase of properties shall be resolved amicably through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
10. Limitation of Liability
Jooti Builders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, errors in property descriptions, or issues during ownership transfer.
